2. Service-Based Business

Coding Rig provides customized digital services. Since each project is planned, designed, and developed specifically for individual client requirements, completed work, delivered milestones, and development efforts are generally non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before the project work has officially commenced.

If the project has already started:

  • Charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any third-party expenses already incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Remaining unused project funds, if applicable, may be refunded after review.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client.

  • Payment processed due to a technical error.

  • Coding Rig is unable to start the project due to internal reasons.

  • Services cannot be delivered as mutually agreed.

Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the project status and signed agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed project milestones.

  • Custom software or application development.

  • Website design and development work already delivered.

  • SEO and Digital Marketing services already performed.

  • Domain name registrations.

  • Web hosting services.

  • Third-party software licenses.

  • API subscriptions and external service charges.

  • Change of mind after project commencement.

  • Delays caused by the client, including pending approvals or missing content.

6. Change Requests

Additional features, revisions, or modifications requested beyond the approved project scope may involve additional charges and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

  • Any applicable taxes, gateway fees, or third-party charges may be deducted where permitted.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements.

  • Reviewing project deliverables within agreed timelines.

  • Communicating requested revisions promptly.

  • Making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to provide required information or approvals may impact project timelines and refund eligibility.

9. Quality Assurance

Coding Rig follows structured development, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure every project meets professional standards. If any deliverable does not align with the approved project scope, our team will work with the client to resolve the issue through revisions or corrections.
